Man arrested after prank 911 call turns deadly

Police say 25-year-old Tyler Barriss has been arrested in connection with a hoax 911 call that led to a standoff where an innocent, unarmed man was fatally shot by a police officer in Wichita, Kansas. Jillian Kitchener reports.
