Teen's asylum unites critics of Saudi patriarchy

The Saudi teenager who fled her family by boarding a flight to Thailand has now been granted asylum in Canada. In her homeland, Rahaf Mohammed al-Qunun's case has rallied opposition to the system of male guardianship over women that still permeates despite steps toward reform.
