Church must fix 'systematic failures' on abuse

At the second day of a summit on child sex abuse, leading cardinals have said the Catholic Church must repair the "systematic failures" that enabled sexual abuse to take root around the world, and bishops should start policing each other's behaviour. Gracie Jerome reports.
