Police in Utrecht arrested Gokmen Tanis, a 37-year-old who was born in Turkey, in connection with a shooting aboard a tram at the 24 Oktoberplein tram station.

After an intensive search, Dutch police have arrested a man they call the main suspect in a shooting on a tram in the Netherlands.
