Still wondering where to take Mom on May 12? Here’s a roundup of what’s available. Remember, Mother’s Day is one of the busiest dining days of the year, so make your reservations soon.

Bambara + Hotel Monaco · 202 S. Main, Salt Lake City; 801-363-5454 or bambara-slc.com. The hotel is partnering with City Creek Center to host a pop-up Mother’s Day shopping event in the lobby. Patrons can then head to Bambara for a buffet with smoked pork or spinach Benedict, Puget Sound oysters with horseradish mignonette, and grilled Scottish salmon with basil butter. Buffet is $55 for adults, $50 for seniors, $20 for kids 6-12, and free for kids under 6.

The Brass Tag at Deer Valley Resort · 2900 Deer Valley Dr., Park City; 435-615-2410 or deervalley.com. The brunch buffet will have selections such as shirred eggs with toast points and avocado, scrambled tofu with baby spinach, waffles, flank steak with chimichurri sauce and house-made pizza. Open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. $49 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under.

Edge Steakhouse · 3000 Canyons Resort Dr., Park City; 435-655-2260. Its first Mother’s Day brunch will feature Snake River Farms domestic wagyu steaks and award-winning Miyazaki A5 Wagyu from Japan. À la carte steaks can be accompanied by sides such as black-and-white truffle mac and cheese or classic wagyu tartare.

Element Park City · 1400 Snow Creek Drive, Park City; 435-731-8383 or elementparkcity.com. Gluten free, paleo, vegan, keto options are available. During May, buy one entrée, get a second (of equal or lesser value) for half off. Brunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at this casual cafe in the Snow Creek Shopping Center.

Flemings at The Gateway · 20 S. 400 West, Salt Lake City; 801-355-3704 or flemingssteakhouse.com. Offering a special three-course menu, with options such as eggs Benedict, filet mignon, vegetable quiche and barbecue Scottish salmon filet. Entrees range from $48 to $60 and include starters, sides and dessert. Cocktails available for an extra charge. Opens at 10 a.m.

The Grand America · 555 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City; 801-258-6807 or grandamerica.com. Traditional brunch with live jazz music. Seatings at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. $69 for adults, $35 for kids 5-12, and free for kids 4 and under.

Hearth and Hill · 1153 Center Dr., Park City; 435-200-8840 or hearth-hill.com. Enjoy live music and brunch buffet with cedar plank salmon, grilled tri-tip steak, house-made pastries, truffle mac and cheese, smoked salmon and bagels, seasonal salads and more. Open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. $39 for adults and $19 for kids 5-12.

La Caille · 9565 Wasatch Blvd, Sandy; 801-942-1751 or lacaille.com. The grand brunch buffet includes crème brulee French toast, Maryland crab cakes, ratatouille and meat carving stations. Open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. $94 for adults, $45 for kids 5-12, and free for kids 4 and under. Call for reservations.

The Melting Pot · 340 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, 801-521-6358 or meltingpot.com. Serving its traditional fondue menu as well as a special four-course menu for larger groups. Open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Mimi’s Café · 5223 S. State Street, Murray; 801-261-0266 or mimiscafe.com. Mother’s Day brunch will be served from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring eggs Benedict, ham and crepes, brioche French toast and omelets. Three-course meal available 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes salad or soup, choice of entree and dessert for $19.99 per person. Kid’s menu for $8.99.

Texas de Brazil · 50 S. Main Street, Suite 168, Salt Lake City; 385-232-8070. Opens at 11 a.m., serving its Rodizio-style dinner all day. Purchase a full meal and get a free non-alcoholic beverage and a dessert.

Trio · 6405 S. 3000 East Ste. 203, Salt Lake City; 801-944-8746 or triodining.com. A brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. will feature organic chicken, pasta, salmon and breakfast items. The dinner buffet from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. will include prime rib and lamb. Brunch is $36.99 for adults and $15.99 for kids age 7-12. Dinner is $42.99 for adults and $18.99 for kids.

Tupelo · 508 Main street, Park City; 435-615-7700 or tupeloparkcity.com This upscale restaurant and bar will be open for brunch serving its regular menu and specials, including a bloody mary bar, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Silver Star Café · 1825 Three Kings Dr., Park City; 435-655-3456 or thesilverstarcafe.com. Brunch and dinner will include selections such as huevos rancheros, cheesy grits and eggs, and artisan style pizza. Brunch from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Dinner is 5:30 p.m.- 9 p.m.

Stanza Italian Bistro & Wine Bar · 454 E. 300 South, Salt Lake City; 801-746-4441 or stanzaslc.com. The regular dinner menu includes new spring items such as melon burrata salad and crab agnolotti. Open 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Depending on weather, patio seating may be available.

A three-course brunch will include soup, beet salad or deviled eggs, choice of entree — eggs Benedict, French toast or smoked salmon — and dessert. Adults are $45. A children’s menu is available.
