Patrons can then head to Bambara for a buffet with smoked pork or spinach Benedict, Puget Sound oysters with horseradish mignonette, and grilled Scottish salmon with basil butter. Buffet is $55 for adults, $50 for seniors, $20 for kids 6-12, and free for kids under 6.

The brunch buffet will have selections such as shirred eggs with toast points and avocado, scrambled tofu with baby spinach, waffles, flank steak with chimichurri sauce and house-made pizza. Open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. $49 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under.
Edge Steakhouse · 3000 Canyons Resort Dr., Park City; 435-655-2260. Its first Mother’s Day brunch will feature Snake River Farms domestic wagyu steaks and award-winning Miyazaki A5 Wagyu from Japan. À la carte steaks can be accompanied by sides such as black-and-white truffle mac and cheese or classic wagyu tartare.

During May, buy one entrée, get a second (of equal or lesser value) for half off.
